[General terms]

‣ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission at any time, for any reason, without explanation.‣ Disrespectful or rude behavior will not be tolerated, your commission will be cancelled if it occurs.‣ The time it takes to finish your commission varies between 1 week - 3 months depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece, other work, etc.‣ All commissioned pieces will include a subtle signature that you may not remove.‣ By default, I will post a watermarked version of the finished commission on my social media and note that the piece is a commission in the caption and/or the image. The client can request, when the commission is ordered, that I not post the piece on social media.‣ Posting/reuploading the commissioned piece requires credit (username and platform (ex. "mistywoods on Toyhouse", "iolitesgarden on DA", etc.)) every time the image is posted.‣ I will not try to match another artist's/company's art style (ex. Disney style, Pokemon style, etc.)‣ Client must be 18+ if ordering a suggestive piece.

[Usage]

‣ I retain the copyright to each image.‣ Commercial use (merchandise, prints, etc.) of commissioned pieces is not permitted.‣ Editing commissioned work is not permitted unless you ask me for permission first.‣ Using my work for NFTs or generative AI is never permitted.

[Payment]

Payment is only accepted through ◂
Cash App in USD.Payment is due half upfront and half ◂ when the commission is finished.Tight deadlines include a rush fee. ◂Payment plans are not accepted. ◂Base prices will increase ◂
with extensive details/complexity.No haggling. ◂I begin sketching after upfront ◂
payment is received.

Details regarding design, pose, and ◂
expression must be established before I am paid. Sudden change of mind after sketching begins will warrant a full fee for an entirely new sketch.Any major changes/revisions must be ◂ made in sketch approval stage.Changes must be formatted in a list ◂
with all changes listed in one message.Multiple sessions of one-off changes ◂
will result in multiple edit fees.After the sketch has been approved, no ◂
major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional edits after the approved sketch, a price for these edits may be discussed.Mistakes made on my behalf regarding ◂ design or anatomy will be edited without charge.Full refunds can be requested before ◂ sketching is started.Partial refunds are permitted and will ◂ reflect the amount of work completed.
